2 cups oats

1 mashed ripe banana

4 medjool dates chopped

1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seeds

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp ground flax

1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mash the banana with a fork, and combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.  Press into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper (I used 8 inches by 8 inches), bake 20 minutes.  Cook and cut into bars.
