Krista Kostroman is a licensed naturopathic doctor who loves intelligently and collaboratively working with people to optimize their health. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where her internship included a year on their Adjunctive Cancer Care shift. Krista believes health is sourced not only in care of the body but also care of mind and spirit – laughter is as important to health as are diet and exercise. With an academic background in computer and cognitive science, her approach to healthcare is methodical, evidence informed, and reverent to the interdependent systems of the body. Initial visits with her review your general health and specific concerns as well as assessment of diet, lifestyle, risk factors, and opportunity for improvement. Naturopathic medicine is founded in personalized and sustainable care and resulting health plans are tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and wellbeing.
