4 leaves red, green or dinosaur kale

1 shredded beet

1/2 avocado

1 shredded carrot

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Chop and toss above ingredients.  Dress with homemade dressing of your choice (lemon juice, tahini and olive oil is our favorite).
