Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your appointment cost, up to a maximum of $200.

Naturopathic consultations may take place virtually or in person. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness and have an in-person visit, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment or switch to a virtual visit.
